Luxorus Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on the Luxorus Studio marketing website (luxorusstudio.com) and in our Studio suite product, how we use it, and with whom we share it.
1. Scope
This policy covers (a) the marketing website at luxorusstudio.com and its subdomains, and (b) the Luxorus Studio suite product accessed by paying customers. Tenant data processed inside the suite on behalf of our business customers is governed by our Data Processing Addendum.
2. Information We Collect
On the marketing website, we collect:
- Contact form submissions (name, email, message).
- Analytics data: page views, referrer, browser type, approximate geographic region — collected without cookies via privacy-preserving analytics.
- Error reports and performance traces via Sentry (anonymized where possible).
- Server access logs from Vercel, including IP addresses, request paths, and timestamps (retained per Vercel's standard log retention policy).
Inside the suite product, we additionally process:
- Account information: name, business name, email address, and billing details.
- Usage data: features accessed, session duration, and audit logs.
- Content you upload or create within the platform.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver the services you have requested.
- To process payments and send transactional emails via Resend.
- To monitor service health, diagnose errors, and improve performance.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Sub-Processors
We share data with the following trusted sub-processors to operate our services:
Database and authentication infrastructure.
Payment processing. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
Transactional email delivery.
Error monitoring and performance tracing.
Hosting and edge delivery for our web applications.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Services or comply with legal requirements. Marketing inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@luxorusstudio.com.
6. International Transfers
Luxorus Studio is based in the United States and primarily serves U.S.-based customers. Our sub-processors may transfer data internationally. We rely on applicable transfer mechanisms (including Standard Contractual Clauses where required) for any cross-border transfers. We do not specifically market to EU residents.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@luxorusstudio.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
Our marketing website uses minimal, functional cookies only. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. The suite product uses cookies for authentication session management.
