Refund Policy
We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. This policy outlines your refund options for both subscription products and custom project engagements.

14-day no-questions refund on monthly plans. No paperwork. No friction.
Monthly Subscriptions — 14-Day Guarantee
If you are on a monthly subscription plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your billing date — no questions asked. To request a refund, email refunds@luxorusstudio.com with your account email and the words "Refund Request" in the subject line. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Annual Subscriptions — Pro-Rated Refund
If you are on an annual subscription plan and wish to cancel, you may request a refund within the first 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of your subscription, minus a 10% administrative fee. The refund amount is calculated based on the number of full calendar months remaining in your subscription term at the time of the cancellation request.
Custom Project Engagements
Custom project deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work on that milestone has commenced. If Luxorus Studio fails to deliver a milestone as specified in the Statement of Work, we will first attempt to remedy the deficiency. If we are unable to do so within a reasonable timeframe, a pro-rated refund for undelivered work may be negotiated in good faith.
Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registration fees paid to third-party registrars.
- Third-party software licenses or API costs incurred on your behalf.
- Setup or onboarding fees clearly marked as non-refundable at time of purchase.
- Any fees for work already completed and accepted by the customer.
How to Request a Refund
Email refunds@luxorusstudio.com with your account email and order details. We respond within 1 business day. Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
