Questions about Distro

How long does onboarding take?
Most teams are fully operational within one business day. Your catalog, customers, and opening balances can be imported via CSV. We provide a step-by-step onboarding guide and email support throughout.
Does Distro integrate with my accounting software?
Every table and report exports to CSV. We are building native QuickBooks Online sync — it is on the Partner-tier roadmap. Until then, CSV import into QuickBooks takes under 10 minutes.
Can my sales reps access it on mobile?
Yes. Distro is a Progressive Web App (PWA) optimized for phone screens. Reps can enter orders from the road without installing anything from an app store.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your tenant data is isolated at the database level using row-level security. No other tenant can see your customers, orders, or inventory. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
What if I need a feature that is not listed?
Contact us. Many of the features in Distro today came from a customer request. Enterprise plans include a direct line to engineering for custom integrations.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings before the next billing cycle. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export everything.
